I wanted to contact you to let you know how much I appreciate you and your staff's wonderful chair side manner. When my son, Garrett, was in for his impressions a few weeks ago and then for his braces last week, it was amazing to me how great your staff was with him. They made Garrett comfortable and able to relax when he was definitely scared and unsure of how everything was going to go. Their patience has been amazing!

From the beginning of this whole process every step has been made completely clear by your staff, and the 'patient' service has been better than I could have ever expected. I truly appreciate everyone in your office for how car ing and accommodating they have been.

I will actually miss my orthodontist and his staff. They were great and always willing to lend a kind word when I didn't think I could make it through the treatment. (Okay, so my treatment was a bit extreme.) The staff were always willing to get me into the office when it would be convenient for my schedule and willing to make sure I was out to make it to work on time.

Dr. Baker took his time with me, answered all of my questions no matter how silly, and listened to my concerns and thoughts.

If you or a loved one needs orthodontic treatment I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Baker.
